Results
Installation took 5 hours. The facility manager witnessed the same PSI at top floor from pre-install and post-install. Occupancy for this new school year is significantly higher than the previous years. That means our valve settings must remain conservative (low; not optimal) until a booster pump installs soon. Even so, the water usage improvement has been substantial!
Crowell Park Apartments

Mountain Housing Opportunities is a non-profit community development corporation with a mission to build better communities and serve people well. This site installation is in Asheville NC for one of their communities.

Results
Installation took 2 hours per building. PSI and water flow were tested to show same experience before and after our project. Weekly meter readings and optimization continued for water usage historical comparisons.
Eagle Market Place Apartments
Asheville, NC
Overview
Eagle Market Place is a 5-Story affordable housing/commercial space mixed-use building. Renovations completed in 2018 with local fanfare for the beautiful building.
Goal
Save 15% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and psi.
Results
Installation took 3 hours. No issues occurred during or after installation. Exactwater restored water, offices and families returned to normal water services, and optimization of the equipment began. The 45% improvement accounts for a seasonal “low usage” period also, so 120-Day results may be over 50% improvement.
East Haven Apartments
Swannanoa, NC
Overview

Glen Rock Apartments
Asheville, NC
Overview
Mountain Housing Opportunities is a non-profit community development corporation with a mission to build better communities and serve people well. This site installation is in the River Arts District of Asheville NC.
Goal
Save 15% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and PSI.
Results
Installation took 3.5 hours with normal resumption of water services. Pressure and volume flow rates were tested and validated. All services have functioned well since installation.
North Haven Terrace
Dallas, TX
Overview
Northaven Terrace is a Dallas apartment complex with a variety of available floor plans and amenities including; plush landscaped grounds, on-site laundry facility, pool, playground and soccer field.

Results
Installation took 4 hours. PSI and water flow were tested to show same experience before and after our project. North Haven estimates saving 5 million gallons in the first year, while its percentage Improvement is trending upward by another 4-5%!
Proximity at ODU
Building 1036 - Norfolk, VA
Overview
One of two private luxury dorms operated by Proximity at ODU by the Old Dominion University campus. Stonecreek operates these buildings with their dedication to high-quality living for every resident they serve in seven states.
Goal
Save 20% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and PSI.
Results
Installation happened in 4 hours with normal resumption of water services during summer break. When fall term began, Exactwater noticed some unusual water activity and then deployed resources. The utility agreed with Exactwater and gave Proximity at ODU an additional $21,025 credit, equaling 85% of the entire project cost.

The utility agreed with Exactwater and gave Proximity at ODU an additional $47,610 credit, exceeding the cost of the entire project.
The Griffin Apartments
Asheville, NC
Overview
Mountain Housing Opportunities is a non-profit community development corporation with a mission to build better communities and serve people well. This site installation is in downtown area of Asheville NC.
Goal
Save 15% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and PSI.
Results
More than one building had an installation. Installs averaged 3 hours with normal resumption of water services. Pressure and volume flow rates were tested and validated. ROI was planned for 114 months and has halved already at 74 months now.

Wellington Crossing
WCA Buildings - Waltham, MA
Overview
Wellington Crossing is a 26 acre condominium community, combining a scenic country feel with the amenities of urban living. Near Boston, this active community focuses on fun and good living.

Results
Installation occurred with three buildings over three days; Installs averaged 4 hours with normal resumption of water services. Pressure and volume flow rates were tested and validated. Water services have been good and savings have been phenomenal!
Whitney Towers
Watertown, MA
Overview
Whitney Towers is a family-owned, multifamily building with 9-stories. Now Watertown MA has new water conservationists: the Pannesi family ownership!

Results
Installation took 4 hours. No issues occurred during or after installation. Exactwater restored water, residents returned to normal water services, optimization of the equipment began, and now Whitney Towers saves 1.2 MILLION gallons of water per year!
WHPC Scoville Center
Beloit, WI
Overview
Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp (WHPC) is a non-profit housing provider, developing and managing affordable living. Strong management and strategic plans have been noticed and supported by many noteworthy equity firms in recent years. The current portfolio has 400+ locations. This site installation is in Beloit WI.

Save 15% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and psi.
Results
Installation took 4 hours. PSI and water flow were tested to show equal pressure and volume flow after install for 6-Story building. First water bill shows clearly lower water usage from the preceding month and against the overall baseline.
