Overview
One of two private luxury dorms operated by Proximity at ODU by the Old Dominion University campus. Stonecreek operates these buildings with their dedication to high-quality living for every resident they serve in seven states.
Goal
Goal Save 20% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and PSI.
Results
Installation happened in 4 hours with normal resumption of water services during summer break. When fall term began, Exactwater noticed some unusual water activity and then deployed resources. The utility agreed with Exactwater and gave Proximity at ODU an additional $47,610 credit, exceeding the cost of the entire project.
