Overview
Chicago Note Ventures is in a property ownership group, with investments in retail, commercial and industrial spaces across the U.S. This building was the former Sears and Roebuck magazine production center and has 1,200,000 sq. ft.

Save 15% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and PSI.
Results
Installation occurred over 6 hours with normal resumption of water services. Pressure and volume flow rates were tested and validated at the pre-install levels. The onsite manager of 30 years said this project might be the best project delivery he has ever seen.

Installation took 3 hours. PSI and water flow were tested for same operational experience. Vehicles are cleaned as always. Water usage dropped 25% for the entire year.

Overview
MacArthur Business Center is a 2-Story commercial office building. Renovated in 2006, a variety of businesses lease commercial office space in the complex.
Goal
Save 15% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and psi; become the most water efficient business center in Irvine CA!
Results
Installation took 3.5 hours. No issues occurred during or after installation. Exactwater restored water, offices returned to normal water services, and optimization of the equipment began. MacArthur Business Center is saving 1.8 MILLION gallons of water every year!

Super Wash & Dry is a local laundromat in San Diego CA and operates 7 days/week. The building contains 92 active laundry machines.
Goal
Save 17% in water usage consumption with 0% effect on water flow rate and psi.
Results
Installation took 4 hours. Laundry equipment has continued normal operation after installation without any negative effects over three years. Owner is happy with our project, as the laundry uses 1.9 Million fewer gallons every year!
